If at any time any part of our service is unsatisfactory, we will correct the work to your satisfaction or refund the entire cost of the unsatisfactory service - no questions asked.
If you can find identical packages which offer the same quality of service and support for a cheaper price within 14 days of signing your documents, we will refund the difference.
Our staff are here to assist you with any questions you may have. You can email or telephone us with your query and we will resolve it as soon as possible. We can even stay on the phone with you throughout your call or call you back with the answer to your problem. This service comes at no extra charge.

We aim to respond to every query we receive on the same day. We do have periods where due to the heavy demand for our services queries may take a little longer to answer. We are constantly updating our FAQ's with useful information, and you may well find your answer there.
- Guaranteed refund if you change your mind!
Should you purchase your company and change your mind before submission to the Companies Registration Office, we will refund all monies paid to us except for an administration charge of €30. The charge covers our administration charges (both on the purchase and the refund) and other incidental expenses. Refunds can not be given once the company has been submitted. Other products will be refunded (subject to the €30 administration charge) provided we are notified within two weeks of the purchase taking place.
