Our 7-point company formations process has been designed to be as straightforward as possible.

1. Use our "Name Check" to see if your chosen company name is available.
2. Choose from our selection of company formation options. (Link to Company Formations). A full description of each company registration option is provided.
3. Enter your contact and credit card details using our secure Paypal facility. We guarantee that we will not pass your details to any third parties.
4. Click on the "Buy Now" icon to complete your company purchase. An invoice is provided for your records. You are sent immediate confirmation via email of your transaction from Paypal and ourselves.
5. Click on "Continue" icon and appoint your director, secretary and shareholders. We will then email the completed froms to you so you can get your signature withnessed by your solicitor.
6. As soon as we receive the forms back, they will be submitted to the companies registration office and your company will be formed.
7. You will receive your company registration documents, typically within five – seven days. It's that easy!
